Payment terms
Fees are payable in three milestones on a 35% / 35% / 30% basis against the total project fee.

Services & APIs (provided by the Client Company).
Ownership & intellectual property
- All source code, the database, schema, and all related deliverables developed under this project shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Client Company (Gokul).
- The Service Provider retains no ownership of the delivered code or database. Full source code, database, and documentation are handed over to the Client Company.
- On final payment, complete ownership, source repositories, and credentials are transferred to the Client Company.
- The Client Company is free to host, modify, extend, or maintain the system independently thereafter.
Assumptions & exclusions
- Timeline is in working days and assumes timely feedback, approvals, and access from the Client Company.
- Scope is per the project plan (Rev A); change requests beyond it may affect timeline and fee.
- Delays in client feedback or in provisioning third-party services (Services & APIs) may extend the schedule.
- Third-party service costs are not included in the project fee.
- One production and one staging environment are assumed.
- Workflows are statically defined (fixed stages and transitions in code); a dynamic / user-configurable workflow builder is not in scope — stage changes are code changes.
